Michelle LaGreca is an Operations Manager with UGDC, a family office co-investment platform focused on the investment, development, and management of single-tenant, net-lease retail and industrial properties globally. Michelle joined UGDC in 2023 and currently supports Chief Development Officer, Steven Andrews.

Prior to working with UGDC, Michelle held several Sales and Operations positions for small to medium sized businesses in a range of industries. She graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Michelle currently resides in Kingston, Massachusetts with her two daughters.
