Kelly MacCallum is a Project Manager with UGDC, a family office co-investment platform focused on the investment, development, and management of single-tenant, net-lease retail and industrial properties globally. Kelly joined UGDC in 2022 and currently works on the development team, coordinating and ensuring all due diligence is completed, while working as a liaison between vendors and construction managers.

Prior to working with UGDC, Kelly worked at BurgerFi where as a Construction Project Manager she managed restaurant build outs and worked to efficiently and effectively communicate with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s degree. Kelly lives in Indianapolis, IN.
