Jennifer Burns is a Development Coordinator withUGDC, a family office co-investment platform focused on the investment, development, and management of single-tenant, net-lease retail and industrial properties globally. Jennifer joined UGDC in 2024 and currently supports ProjectManagers and Directors of Construction with project specific administrative needs.

Prior to working with UGDC, Jennifer was a Customer Service Manager in the sensor manufacturing industry for over 22years. She successfully maintained the online return center, all in house RMAs and escalated customer issues by working with factory partners, vendors and product engineers.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree n English Communication from Emmanuel College and currently resides in Wareham, Massachusetts.
