Andrew Willcocks is a Development Analyst with UGDC, a family office co-investment platform focused on the investment, development, and management of single-tenant, net-lease retail and industrial properties globally. Andrew joined UGDC in 2024 and currently assists the Development team on entitlements, business development, strategic planning, schedules, and budgets.  Andrew is also responsible for financial modeling to evaluate potential new development / investments opportunities and works cross functionally with both our brokerage and principal investing teams performing special ad-hoc analyses. Finally, he is responsible for developing and maintaining executive level reporting on project progress.

Prior to working with UGDC, Andrew graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a Master’s degree in Global Real Assets and Wake Forest University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Andrew resides in New York City.
